What the platform is designed to hold

When intake opens, an introduction can include your name, email, organisation, applicant perspective, focus and a high-level message. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Approved members can create projects, tasks, notes, tool inputs and results, advisory briefs and messages.

Who can see your work

Member records are separated by account. Practice administrators review introductions, advisory briefs and messages. Projects, notes and tool results are member-owned records. Hosting administrators may have infrastructure access; contractual and technical arrangements must be confirmed before intake opens.

How the browser is used

A first-party cookie authenticates your session. Local browser storage remembers completion of the welcome tour. The platform includes no advertising trackers, analytics scripts or optional notification, location, contacts, camera or microphone permissions.

Hosting and delivery

The intended hosting provider is Hostinger. Transactional email uses Brevo only when configured and verified. Email templates do not mean delivery is activated. Hosting location, processor agreements and relevant transfer safeguards remain launch items to confirm.

Control and retention

The member workspace includes an authenticated export, including archived records. Archiving is not erasure. A retention schedule and a contact for access, correction, deletion and other applicable rights must be published before intake opens.

Before membership opens

The final notice must identify the controller and contact, purposes and lawful bases, recipients, retention criteria, relevant transfers, complaint and rights routes, and other information applicable to the actual service. The governing reference is the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
